Retirer la p\u00e2te lorsqu\u2019elle est bien dor\u00e9e.<br>Travailler les fraises. \u00c9craser les plus grosses avec un peu de sucre pour faire un coulis frais.<br>Couper grossi\u00e8rement les autres fraises, les sucrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et ajouter un zeste de citron vert.<br>Faire monter la cr\u00e8me avec un peu de gingembre.<br>Ciseler du basilic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le montage : tartiner la p\u00e2te avec un peu de cr\u00e8me mont\u00e9e, ajouter des fraises.
