600g<\/li><li>Calvados<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la salade de quinoa\/ boulgour :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300g\u00a0de m\u00e9lange quinoa\/boulgour<\/li><li>1\/2 poivron rouge\u00a0<\/li><li>2 oignons nouveaux<\/li><li>1\/2 fenouil\u00a0<\/li><li>Graines de sarrasin, coriandre<\/li><li>Huile d&rsquo;olive, vinaigre de x\u00e9r\u00e8s et vinaigre de citron<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parer les pinces du homard du reste du corps<br>Cuire les homards s\u00e9par\u00e9ment dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e (5 minutes les pinces et 1 minute le reste)<br>Po\u00ealer au beurre<br>Flamber avec du calvados<br>Servir chaud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la salade :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire le quinoa\/boulgour dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e 15 minutes<br>\u00c9goutter puis laisser refroidir<br>Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux<br>Ajouter de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du vinaigre de x\u00e9r\u00e8s et du vinaigre de
