{"id":1407,"date":"2022-06-23T09:32:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-23T07:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guyader-saveol.bzh\/?p=1407"},"modified":"2022-07-06T09:32:52","modified_gmt":"2022-07-06T07:32:52","slug":"supremes-de-volaille-aux-langoustines-par-matthieu-garrel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guyader-saveol.bzh\/index.php\/2022\/06\/23\/supremes-de-volaille-aux-langoustines-par-matthieu-garrel\/","title":{"rendered":"Supr\u00eames de volaille aux langoustines par Matthieu Garrel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour 6 personnes \ud83e\udd70<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les supr\u00eames de volaille :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : 6 pi\u00e8ces de supr\u00eames de volaille et huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dorer les supr\u00eames de volaille \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br>Une fois dor\u00e9s, les mettre au four environ 12 minutes \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La sauce aux langoustines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients : 800g de langoustines, 2 oignons,&nbsp;25g de gingembre, 4 tomates, 25cl de cr\u00e8me<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parer la t\u00eate des corps des langoustines<br>Faire revenir les t\u00eates \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour faire partir les sucs<br>Ajouter les oignons, le gingembre hach\u00e9 et les tomates coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux<br>Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu une belle coloration, ajouter 75cl d\u2019eau<br>Laisser mijoter pendant 25 minutes<br>5 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson, ajouter 25cl de cr\u00e8me<br>Passer au chinois ou tamis<br>R\u00e9server la sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verser les corps des langoustines dans de l\u2019eau froide puis mettre le feu \u00e0 fond. Au premier fr\u00e9missement, retirer les langoustines.&nbsp;Les plonger dans de l\u2019eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson.
