V\u00e9ritable passionn\u00e9 depuis 30 ans, Guillaume a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa confection de fromages dans le sous-sol de sa maison avant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir un ancien garage qu\u2019il am\u00e9nage en fromagerie. Ils ont choisi de pr\u00e9parer un carpaccio de langoustines en entr\u00e9e, suivi d&rsquo;un pagre r\u00f4ti \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile de basilic en plat principal. Pour le dessert, un duo de fromages blancs agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de citron, de gingembre, de basilic, de fruits de la passion et de fraises Sav\u00e9ol \u00e9tait au menu. Nos chefs nous ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un tr\u00e8s beau poisson, des langoustines, nous avons visit\u00e9 une production de fromages avec des fromages \u00e9tonnants.
